Australia, the largest island in the world with a diversity of natural treasures ranging from beaches to deserts and from coral reefs to monoliths.

Climate/Working climate:
There are different climate zones in the enormous Australia. It has a dry outback and a real desert climate and it is scorching during the day but freezing at night. The south has a more moderate climate with hot summers and fairly cold winters. The tropical north, on the other hand, has nearly no changing seasons.

Employees are mainly loyal to their companies and only to projects in the second place. This creates problems for a small section of Dutch expats with regard to team-building both with those higher up and lower down the chain according to Intermediair/CMO research.
Structural overtime is the general rule according to 33 percent of respondents while it is the exception for a third and only necessary with regard to management positions for another 33 percent.
