MEXICO

Mexico is the third largest country of Latin America. The versatility and beauty of the country attract millions of people each year from the USA and other countries to the coastal and inland regions of Mexico.

Climate/working climate
There are a number of different climate regions in Mexico: in the southern central highland there is a humid climate with moderate temperatures, in the southern Golf area and the Yucatán peninsula there is a rainy climate and in the north there is a savannah climate. Showers are not rare during the rainy season from June to September as the name already implies. The whole of Mexico is a mass of growth and flowers from December to February and the coastal areas are then pleasantly hot. The average temperature during the summer months is around 32° C and around 26° C during the winter months.

The highest regions of Mexico that are above 2000 metres are the cold regions. The average temperature is around 17° C. Mexico City can also be found in this region. You will only find eternal snow in the high mountains (4000+ metres).

Mexico: a country where machismo rules
This is slowly changing. In addition to machismo, there are a few issues that you must consider. Speaking the language, have a flexible mindset, being able to adjust and being aware of their culture is very important. Politeness and loyalty are key concepts and business is done with a person and not a company. Having a shared acquaintance and a lot of patience are crucial to achieve anything because everything will occur when the time is right and you need time to gain someone's trust. Be prepared!
