Job description:
LEX is looking for an Account Manager who can maintain contact with customers independently. Build relationships with potential new customers and provide them with all necessary information for a partnership with LEX. You guide and support the recruitment process from the proposal until the signing of the contract. You conduct conversations with potential candidates and advise the customer in taking the right decisions. You also maintain intensive contact with the back office and timely notice opportunities so they can respond to them. You work as a team while following up orders, fulfilling vacancies and setting commercial goals.

Job criteria:

• Thinking and working on a Bachelors/ Masters level;
• You are an entrepreneurial, independent and commercially driven (ex-)expat with work experience as an account manager;
• You have a proactive, representative mentality and good communicative skills combined with persuasiveness;
• You speak fluently English and Dutch;
• Speaking an extra foreign language, preferably French is a preference;
• You don’t have a 9-5 mentality and are willing to travel internationally;
• You have experience as an expat and know which aspects are important when fulfilling expat positions.
• You can work in a team and reaching commercial goals is a challenge for you.
• You are resourceful, flexible and have a good judgement of human nature;
